    Exactly. Plus, the dust — I walked past the site this morning and it was everywhere. They

    says it is screened, and they dampen the spoil – but it’s not working. The pavement’s half-

    blocked too. Feels like now they’ve started we’re being completely disregarded.

        Same here, just off Little Russell Street. I don’t want to be living next to a building site in full

        battle mode. I’ve tried noise-cancelling headphones — slight help but no match for whatever

        if they start heavy scale drilling!

          Yes! I’m above the bookshop — the flat literally shudders when a heavy truck passes. I am worried it will be impossible to sleep, let alone work from home. And no warning, just chaos out of nowhere.

            Anyone else on Museum Street losing their mind over the demolition noise? Its blaring from 8am all day every week. It will feel like they’re knocking down the British Museum one brick at a time.
